Reservation and Account Information

You can specify your reservation date and time through web reservation, LINE booking, or phone reservation.
For web and LINE booking,please proceed from the“New Reservation”section on the reservation page.
For first-time visitors,please select your desired menu from “First-time visitors” to “reservation menu selection”.

When using our clinic’s services, if you register as a member at the time of booking, you will have access to My Page.
It includes functions such as customer information, reservation management, payment settings, and coupon management, serving as your clinic’s medical card.

You will need the email address and password you registered with. For help with My Page login,
please check the Help section.

Consultations

Is it possible to receive consultation only?Yes, it is possible. We encourage you to undergo counseling first to understand your condition and consider treatment options. Our consultation room is completely private to ensure your privacy. Please feel free to share any concerns or anxieties you may have about your symptoms or treatment.

At our clinic, we do not push treatments unnecessarily. Please take your time to consider your options after returning home.

Many clients visit us without a clear idea of what they want, and that’s perfectly fine. Our counselor will listen to your concerns in detail and suggest treatments tailored to your symptoms and needs. Our consultation room is completely private, so your privacy is guaranteed. Please don’t hesitate to consult with us about even minor concerns.

Yes, it’s possible. Please select “Consultation + Same-Day Treatment” from the reservation menu.
For “Consultation + Same-Day Treatment,” the consultation fee of 3,300 yen will be waived.

Approximately 30-45 minutes.

You can change your reservation on My Page up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
For instructions on changing reservations, please refer to theHelp section.
Changes on the day before or the day of the reservation can only be made by phone.

Treatment and Procedures

You are welcome to come with makeup on. We provide cleansing products, facial cleansers, towels, hairbands, toners, lotions, and sunscreen at our clinic, so please rest assured. Additionally, if makeup is possible after the treatment, you can touch up before leaving, so please bring your makeup tools with you.

For those who want to touch up their makeup after treatment, please bring any necessary makeup tools.

Your registered My Page, which you provided when making the appointment, will serve as your consultation card. If you have a smartphone or tablet that can display your My Page, you don’t need anything else.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! To prepare for your wedding or pre-wedding photoshoot and to enhance your appearance, it’s best to schedule a consultation at least 6 months before the wedding. Even if there are recommended treatments, scheduling a consultation 1-2 months before may not allow enough time for the best results due to downtime and treatment intervals. Therefore, it’s best to come for a consultation as early as possible.

Payment

For counseling appointments only, payment is required in advance via prepaid card, using the credit card registered at the time of reservation and membership registration.

You can pay in installments (3, 6, or 24 months) using your registered credit card.

All treatments at our clinic are considered elective procedures and are not covered by insurance.

Clinic and Other Information

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required for counseling and treatment. Please download the Parental Consent Form, have it filled out, signed, and stamped by the parent or guardian, and bring it with you.
Individuals aged 18 and above can receive counseling and treatment independently.

Yes, it’s possible. However, you cannot receive the same treatment menu at the same time.

We have a dedicated parking lot (free) for our clinic. It is located on the lower floor of the building, so you can easily access the 1st floor via elevator after parking your car.
Our indoor parking area ensures privacy and peace of mind while you receive your consultation.

Children of elementary school age and older may bring their own children to the clinic.
(Only children who can wait alone during treatment. The clinic is not responsible for them.)
We do not allow children under elementary school age (from before elementary school to 0 years old) to come to the clinic. We ask for your understanding.

Please see the following requirements for participating in trial treatments:

  • Willingness to come in for follow-up observations
  • Permission to publish case photos on official platforms such as the official website, related websites, official social media, brochures, etc.
  • Approval is required for participation in the trial treatment.
  • Please sign the monitor consent form.
  • We reserve the right to decline treatment based on the condition of the patient or clinic regulations.
