Exosome - Yokohama Yamate Clinic

Skin Issues

If you have any of these problems
  • Preventing skin aging is desired
  • Skin has lost its firmness and radiance
  • Concerns arise regarding spots, wrinkles, and dullness
  • Desiring skin rejuvenation
  • Sagging and enlarged pores are concerns
  • Desiring skin rejuvenation treatment without surgery

With aging, various tissues and functions in our bodies decline, such as the increase of spots and wrinkles, decrease in vision, muscle strength, and immunity. Moisture components such as ceramides and hyaluronic acid, as well as components that give elasticity to the skin like collagen and elastin, decrease inside the skin, leading to loss of moisture and firmness. The stem cell-conditioned medium used to improve this deterioration contains abundant growth factors (cytokines) and exosomes.

What are Exosomes?

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles released from all types of cells that make up the body. They refer to particles with a diameter of less than 100 nanometers, containing microRNAs, messenger RNAs, DNA, proteins, and more. While exosomes are secreted from all cells that make up our bodies, mesenchymal stem cells are particularly known to release large amounts of exosomes.

Exosomes activate cells, promote vascular healing, and suppress inflammation that occurs within the body. Furthermore, by activating damaged or aging cells, they promote cell regeneration and contribute to skin turnover and anti-aging effects. The administration of exosomes facilitates smooth communication between cells, leading to improvements in various bodily dysfunctions. Exosome therapy is a new treatment method with expected effectiveness in a wide range of fields, including health maintenance, aging suppression, and skin beautification.

Maximizing The Effects of Exosomes Without Surgery

Exosomes, which activate and regenerate cells, can be introduced into the body through various methods such as intravenous drip or injection. In our clinic, we combine them with Syilfirm X for injection or a more natural and maximum effect treatment.

Exosomes Derived From Enhanced Ubilical Cord Stem Cell Culture

Compared to traditional exosomes, exosomes from enhanced umbilical cord (enhanced umbilical cord) stem cell culture have higher concentrations of growth differentiation factors, excellent regenerative effects, and rapid transmission capabilities, achieving anti-aging care, skin regeneration, and comprehensive care effects.

We administer Exohealer, exosomes from enhanced umbilical cord stem cell culture, during procedures involving Silfarm X.

Characteristics of Exohealer

Exohealer

Exohealer are vesicles derived from umbilical cord stem cells developed by Pro-Morris International, a leading beauty country in Korea. Pro-Morris International’s parent company, Constem Biotechnology, has conducted over 30 years of stem cell research,

  • Possesses exclusive stem cell source technology worldwide.
  • Has published the most SCI-level exosome papers, registered 90 patents in 17 countries,

and received many awards for producing and selling reliable products. Exosomes are the ultimate exosomes developed based on abundant evidence.

Exosomes were previously mainly extracted from plants with cosmetic effects, but because exosomes derived from human cells are considered more effective in promoting cell regeneration, exosomes from adipose tissue, bone marrow, and dental pulp are still circulating in the market.
In addition, exosomes from common exosomes stem cells usually come from aging cells, while exosomes composed of the youngest and most excellent 0-year-old cells in humans are more powerful.
Exohealer have rich evidence-based clinical research and data, so our clinic chooses to introduce them.

GDF11, known as the rejuvenation factor, has a significant impact on skin
Regeneration and firmness through the proliferation of fibroblasts and the increase in collagen and elastin.

It is one of the most important substances in anti-aging as it activates human fibroblasts and increases collagen and elastin. Exohealer is particularly attractive for containing 60 times more GDF11 than other exosomes. Research at Harvard University has shown that GDF11 acts on rejuvenation in mice.

Exosome
Exohealer + Sylfirm X
Combination with Needle RF Therapy Silfarm X

After Silfarm X treatment, the skin is in a state where absorption is good because holes are opened in the skin with needles. Therefore, immediately after Silfarm X treatment is the best timing to penetrate the components deep into the skin. Exohealer, which enhances the skin’s self-healing ability, has both cell activation and anti-inflammatory effects, making combination therapy with Silfarm X effective.

Exohealer

  • 2,457 billion particle encapsulations.
  • 1,470 types of growth factors and cell activators.
  • 6 types of exosome boost growth factors.
Exohealer

  • 59 types of active composite ingredients for cell activity.
  • Skin regeneration, antioxidant, protein synthesis, moisturizing.
  • Exosome boost and skin absorption optimization.
Combination of Exohealer

It is also possible to dilute Exohealer with purified water, but in our clinic, we do not dilute it and use it in combination with a dedicated booster. By using this combination, synergistic effects can be achieved and maximum effectiveness can be achieved.
