Mechanism

Silfirm X is a skin rejuvenation device utilizing microneedle radiofrequency (RF).
It delivers RF energy through ultra-fine needles that can adjust skin depth. This RF energy targets specific skin layers to improve various skin concerns. You can expect both the efficient collagen-boosting effect from RF energy delivered directly into the skin and the epidermal skin-rejuvenating effect from the body’s natural wound-healing response triggered by the tiny needle punctures.

Sylfirm X is designed to allow selection of 8 modes by combining the pulse widths of two high-frequency wavelength modes, enabling adjustment for all skin types.

Needle RF (PW)

This mode uses fine needles to deliver PW (Pulsed Wave) radiofrequency energy. PW is a proprietary, world-first wavelength mode. Four modes are available to suit different skin types.

This mode targets the basement membrane, reduces capillaries, and stimulates fibroblasts that produce collagen. It improves melasma, addresses overall facial dullness, uneven skin tone, and redness, enhances firmness, and optimizes skin condition. Silfirm X uses micro-needles to penetrate the skin and delivers high-frequency energy beneath the skin. Compared to traditional lasers, it targets only the intended area and delivers heat deeper into the skin. This minimizes pain from the high-frequency energy and damage to the skin’s surface, resulting in virtually no issues like burns or inflammation.

The thermal damage from radiofrequency stimulates the skin’s wound healing response, promoting collagen production. This increases skin firmness and elasticity, delivering a rejuvenating effect on the epidermis.

Boost Treatment Efficacy with DDS (Drug Delivery System)

DDS: A treatment method based on the concept of mesotherapy, delivering the minimum necessary amount of medication to the required layer at the appropriate frequency.

Role of DDS = Drug Delivery (Nutrient Supply)

The intentional micro-injuries from Silfirm X needles + RF thermal damage + collagen thermal coagulation are naturally repaired. Recommended: 6 to 12 sessions
While some individuals may notice results with fewer sessions, expecting dramatic changes after just a few treatments (1-3 sessions) is difficult. Silfirm X’s PW mode works by applying controlled damage to the basal layer, the foundation of skin function, to trigger its repair process.
Since a minimum of 6 to 12 sessions over 6 months to 1 year is ideal, undergoing this number of treatments makes it easier to notice the effects.

Precautions
  • Temporary swelling or redness may occur after treatment.
    Redness and swelling usually subside by the next day, but please contact us if symptoms persist.
  • If scabs form, forcibly removing them may cause pigmentation or scarring. Avoid touching the scabs and allow them to fall off naturally.

Contraindications

If any of the following apply to you, please be sure to inform your doctor.

  • Patients using a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electrical device
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Skin cancer, other cancers, and/or signs or history of precancerous warts
  • Severe medical conditions (e.g., heart-related diseases)
  • HIV, AIDS, and/or drug-induced immune deficiency
  • Diseases susceptible to fever, such as herpes simplex
  • Difficult-to-manage endocrine disorders, such as diabetes
  • Progressive acute diseases, eczema, psoriasis,
    bedsores, rashes, etc.

  • Individuals with a history of impaired recovery from skin disorders, keloids, and/or injuries.
  • Patients with blood clotting disorders, or those who have taken or injected anticoagulants within the past 10 days.
  • Patients with silicone allergies.
  • If deemed unsuitable for treatment by the physician’s judgment.
  • Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or anticoagulants within one week prior to treatment
  • Chemical peels within two weeks prior to treatment
  • LED, toning, pico, IPL, or similar treatments within 2 weeks prior to treatment
  • Invasive laser treatments within 6 to 12 weeks prior to treatment
  • Use of Retin-A or retinol within 1 month prior to treatment
  • Areas containing prostheses

Daily Life Post-treatment
  • Makeup is permitted starting the day after treatment.
  • Please refrain from bathing on the day of your treatment and take a shower instead.
  • Your skin will be sensitive after the procedure. Be sure to take thorough measures against UV rays.
