What is Sylfirm X?
Sylfirm X is a skincare treatment device that uses micro-needle radiofrequency (RF).
By adjusting the micro-needle depth to reach the skin layer and then applying high-frequency radiation to the target skin layer, various skin problems can be improved.The high-frequency radio frequency reaching the skin layer effectively stimulates the generation of collagen, leading to epidermal rejuvenation through the healing process of needle puncture wounds, thus achieving a dual effect.

Using ultra-fine needles, we irradiate high-frequency PW (Pulsed Wave = intermittent wavelength). PW is the world’s first wavelength mode developed independently. Four modes are equipped according to skin quality.
In this mode, it is possible to approach the basement membrane, reduce capillaries, and approach fibroblasts that produce collagen. It improves melasma, overall facial dullness, uneven skin tone, and redness, bringing firming effects and balancing the skin condition. Sylfirm X inserts fine needles into the skin and irradiates it with high-frequency energy. DDS：a treatment method based on mesotherapy principles aimed at introducing the minimal amount of medication into the necessary layers at appropriate intervals for supplementation.
The intentional needle-induced damage in Sylfirm X, along with the thermal damage from RF and collagen thermal coagulation, is naturally repaired. However, the natural healing process requires the necessary nutrients at the affected site. By introducing medications from the basal layer to the dermis using DDS, further therapeutic effects can be expected.

Some people may notice results after a few treatments, but it is difficult to expect dramatic changes after just a few treatments (1-3). The PW mode of Silfarm X is designed to cause moderate damage to the basal layer, which is the foundation of skin function, and then repair it. The ideal treatment period is at least six months to one year, so you are more likely to notice results if you receive 6-12 treatments.
Precautions
- After treatment, temporary swelling and redness may occur. While the redness and swelling will mostly subside by the next day, please contact us if symptoms persist.
- If scabs form after treatment, avoid forcibly removing them as it may lead to pigmentation or scarring. Allow the scabs to naturally fall off.

- Patients with blood clotting disorders or those who have taken or injected anticoagulants in the past 10 days
- Patients with silicone allergies
