What is Botox Injections?
Botox injections are medical injections that use a substance called “botulinum toxin” produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It is particularly effective for “frown lines”, “horizontal forehead wrinkles” and “crow’s feet”, and suppresses muscle movement to soften facial wrinkles.

Difference Between the Botox Vista from Allergan and the Botulinum Toxin Injection Made in Korea
To begin with, the name “Botox” refers to Allergan’s Botox Vista. Other preparations are known as botulinum toxin injections.
Temperature control is important for Botox, and it is said that providing a stable quality will have a positive effect. Botox Vista can be imported with thorough temperature control, so it is the only preparation that can be used without any difference in effect.
Korean-made Botox is cost-effective because it is inexpensive, but the duration and effect are said to be slightly inferior to Botox Vista.
Also, although many people choose to use the Korean-made product if they are looking for a cheaper option and are willing to repeat the treatment less frequently, it is a disadvantage that there is no national guarantee in the event that something goes wrong with the drug, as it is a formulation that has not been approved by the government.

Consultation
We will provide a detailed consultation regarding your skin, physical condition, and concerns.
Disinfection
There is no need to wash your face. We will disinfect only the injection site (your makeup will come off in the process).
Treatment
If you are uncomfortable with the pain of injections, we offer a topical anesthetic for 3,300 yen. The topical anesthetic takes an additional 20 minutes.
The doctor will inject the appropriate amount into the appropriate area.
It will sting a little, but it’s a pain that you can bear. The procedure takes only about 10 minutes.
You will start to see results in as little as 2 or 3 days. The jowls will gradually become smaller over the course of a month.

Precautions
- Immediately after the procedure, there will be a swelling for a few hours, similar to that after being bitten by a mosquito. There may also be some internal bleeding at the puncture site, which can be covered up with makeup, although this varies from person to person.
- In very rare cases, there is a possibility of pigmentation due to internal bleeding.
- Depending on the area, it may be difficult to make facial expressions, and the eyelids may feel heavy on the forehead. Some people may look gaunt in terms of their facial structure.
- Local reactions include itching (4%), injection site pain (4.4%), muscle pain (2.6%), and rash (1.7%), but these are temporary and limited to the area around the injection site.
- In rare cases, allergic reactions may include weakness, dizziness, decreased vision, nausea, abdominal pain, breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness, and convulsions.
- After the procedure, we ask that women use contraception for two months and men use contraception for three months.
Daily Life Post-treatment
- You can apply makeup, wash your face and use skincare products immediately after the treatment.
