Causes and types of Acne scars
Redness
Occurs when inflammation remains even after acne has healed. Without appropriate treatment, redness does not naturally fade away.
Pigmentation
Caused by melanin produced during acne inflammation, resulting in brownish discoloration resembling spots. Disrupted turnover caused by acne prevents proper exfoliation of old keratin, leaving melanin on the skin and leading to hyperpigmentation.
Craters

Retinol Peel
Peeling using a type of vitamin A derivative called retinol. Retinol helps improve acne and control excessive sebum secretion. Additionally, it normalizes the skin’s barrier function, leading to resilient skin, making it suitable for oily skin types.
