What is Pluryal Densify?
“Pluryal Densify,” a popular skin-nurturing injection, is a product whose main ingredient is polynucleotides. More than just delivering moisture deep into the skin, it also stimulates collagen production, boosting the skin’s own strength.
This formulation supports skin repair and regeneration, developed to improve rough skin, redness, and dryness. It combines three key ingredients: PN (polynucleotide), non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, and antioxidant-rich mannitol. This combination comprehensively improves skin hydration, elasticity, and texture.
PN (polynucleotide) has a structure very similar to DNA. It is a component that is unlikely to cause adverse reactions and acts directly on skin cells and functions. By enhancing the skin’s recovery ability, this ingredient promotes collagen production and increases skin hydration. The result is firmer, more elastic skin, leaving it smooth and healthy.

Hand-injected with Ultra-fine Needles — Tailored Approach
We use a 30G ultra-fine needle and perform the injection “by hand” (not via machines), under the direction of the clinic director. Each area of the face is approached with optimal depth and dosage. Treatment is also available for the neck and backs of hands, especially effective where machine-based treatments have had limited results.

Topical anesthesia (optional)
A numbing cream is applied (approx. 15-20 minutes). For full face or under-eye injections, we recommend adding topical anesthetic (¥3,300).
Injection (Hand-injected Aqua Glow style)
Using a 34G ultrafine needle, small amounts are carefully injected into the shallow layers of skin. Some mild stinging may occur, but pain is kept minimal. The procedure takes about 30 minutes total.

Precautions
- Immediately after treatment, you may experience small bumps resembling mosquito bites, which typically disappear within half a day.
- Some redness or swelling may remain at the injection site, usually subsiding within 1 to 2 days.
- Significant swelling or bruising may occur, but this typically becomes less noticeable within 1 to 3 weeks.
- Rarely, allergic symptoms such as weakness, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or convulsions may occur.
Daily Life Post-treatment
- Makeup application (preferably the next day if possible) and all facial cleansing are permitted immediately after the procedure.
- On the day of the procedure, please take a shower. Bathing is permitted starting the next day.
